Liquid Navbar

In August of 2024 I saw this cool navbar concept in a tweet by the designer Kumail Nanji and I decided to recreate an interactive version of it in code.

The animation utilizes Framer Motion and an SVG gooey effect by Jhay, to create the smooth liquid effect between different states.
